Refills and adjustments for high blood pressure you already treat — guided by your home readings, not a waiting room.
Refills, A1c and kidney lab orders, and dose adjustments for type 2 diabetes — between clinic visits, without the waiting room.
Already on a plan Passion Health started? A short check-in, a review of your latest reading or lab, and a refill if it's appropriate.
Tired, cold, or gaining weight? A clinician reviews your symptoms, thyroid labs and levothyroxine dose, without a waiting room.
Racing heart, shaky hands, or weight loss you can't explain? A clinician reviews your symptoms and thyroid labs and plans next steps.
Statin refills, lipid panels, and a heart-risk check that weighs your family history and South Asian ancestry.
Borderline A1c? A clinician reviews your labs and risk and helps you plan steps to lower your chance of type 2 diabetes.
For adults with established type 1 diabetes: insulin and supply refills, CGM data review, and routine follow-up. New diagnoses are seen in clinic.
Wondering if a CGM is right for you? A clinician reviews your diabetes, insulin use and plan criteria, and prescribes one if appropriate.
Worried about bone loss or a past fracture? A clinician reviews your risk and DEXA results and plans screening or treatment if appropriate.
Told you have fatty liver or raised liver enzymes? A clinician reviews your labs, imaging and risk, and plans next steps with you.
Screening for hepatitis B and C, a review of past results, and vaccine guidance, with blood drawn at a clinic or lab near you.
Fluttering, pounding, or skipped beats? A clinician reviews your symptoms and watch readings, and usually asks for an ECG, at one of our clinics or near you.
For adults with an established AFib diagnosis: rhythm check-ins, blood thinner refills and watch-ECG review. New irregular-heartbeat symptoms are seen in clinic.
Bulging veins, aching legs, or ankle swelling? Send photos and a clinician reviews them, checks for vein problems, and plans next steps.
Cold feet, leg cramps when you walk, or color changes in your toes? A clinician reviews your symptoms and photos and checks your circulation.
Numbness, tingling, or burning in your feet or hands? A clinician looks for the cause, orders labs if needed, and plans next steps.
Hard stools, straining, or going less often? A clinician reviews your history and builds a plan, including colon screening if you're due.
Heartburn, food coming back up, or a hiatal hernia found on a scan? A clinician reviews your symptoms and results and builds a plan.
For asthma you already have: a review of your inhalers and control, refills if appropriate, and a written action plan for flares.
For COPD you already have: a review of your inhalers and symptoms, refills if appropriate, and a written plan for flare-ups.
Already diagnosed with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis? A clinician checks your symptoms and labs between GI visits and coordinates your care.
Lightheaded or dizzy when you stand up? A Texas clinician reviews your home blood pressure readings, medicines and next steps.
Fingers or toes turning white or blue in the cold? A Texas clinician reviews your symptoms and may check for an underlying cause.

Ready to quit, or thinking about it? A clinician builds a plan with you, including counseling and medicine options if appropriate.
Pick the page that best matches your main problem. Each one lists who it suits and when we'd rather see you in person. If nothing fits, call 214-666-6259 and we'll point you to the right visit or book you into a clinic.
Every intake starts with safety questions. If your answers mean you need an exam today, we stop the online visit, charge nothing, and help you book a same-day appointment at a Passion Health clinic in Dallas–Fort Worth, or, if you're not near one, tell you where to be seen near you. If the clinician reviewing your case decides it isn't right for online care, for any reason, we refund the full fee to your card.
Cash prices: $39 for a prescription renewal, $59 for a quick evaluation and $89 for a standard evaluation with labs if needed. Or use insurance — we're in network with BCBS of Texas, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Humana and Healthcare Highways, and we show your estimated cost-share before review. If you pay cash, lab tests your clinician orders are billed by Passion Health at the Blood Work prices shown (tests outside that catalog are billed by the lab, CPL); with insurance, the lab bills your plan. Medicine is paid at your pharmacy. Uninsured or paying cash? You can ask for a written Good Faith Estimate.
If you have insurance, book with your own clinician instead — in person or by video, billed to your plan like any visit. Online care for ongoing conditions is for new patients, uninsured patients and patients outside Dallas–Fort Worth, and prescription renewals are only for established patients.
