At Passion Health Advanced Primary Care, Annual Wellness Exams are offered through in-person visits at our clinic locations.
During your appointment, our care team can check important vitals such as blood pressure, weight, heart rate, and other health measurements needed for your preventive visit.
If Your Annual Wellness Exam Is Not Covered
If your insurance does not fully cover your Annual Wellness Exam, call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. Ask your insurance provider about:

Important Billing Note
Some insurance plans cover one Annual Wellness Exam every 12 months with little or no cost to the patient. However, your insurance may not consider certain concerns discussed during the visit as preventive care.
