I had a very good experience start to finish with the Passion Health Advanced Primary Care Frisco branch. The front desk staff is welcoming, wait times are minimal, and the office is modern and clean. I love the upcoming appointment reminders. Dr. Sunkara is attentive, truly listens to concerns, and never rushes through appointments. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for top-notch care.
I booked an appointment late at night through Zocdoc and was happy to find an appointment available with Mrs. Parmar the very next day. The front desk staff were welcoming, and the clinic itself was clean, modern, and comfortable.I only waited about 5 minutes after checking in before a medical assistant came in to take my vitals and ask about my symptoms. Mrs. Parmar came in shortly after and was very personable and attentive. She listened to my concerns and was able to quickly assess and diagnose my issue.Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this clinic! I’ll definitely be coming back for annual checkups and any future health concerns.After reading some of the other reviews, I wanted to add that I only paid my copay and was not pressured to schedule any additional appointments.This was also my first time visiting a new clinic since aging out of pediatric care, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when making the transition to a new provider. Fortunately, my experience was very positive.I also understand that many people visit clinics when they are already feeling unwell or stressed, which can understandably affect how they perceive their experience. However, based on my own experience, I personally don’t feel that the number of one-star reviews accurately reflects the quality of care I received. My experience was positive from start to finish, and I wanted to share a different perspective.Sorry for this long review but I hope it is helpful as well as informative!

Dr. Pola was excellent for my routine check-up. What stood out most was how well they listened — they took the time to hear my concerns rather than rushing through the appointment. The whole visit felt thorough and unhurried, and I left feeling confident in my care. Highly recommend.
