I have really enjoyed Nurse Sam! She is amazing and I’m so sad she may get moved to Frisco! Please have her go to the new McKinney location she has the best customer service and really cares about her patients! She has a loving heart and so nurturing, she treats me like family and not just a number.

I love this small-town medical office! I see my nurse-practioner Alice Bagby there! She is young with a lot of experience, very knowledgeable, and a good source of valuable health and medical information. 👏 Arhley is at the front desk. Super nice, young lady! ​I had a very good experience start to finish with the Passion Health Advanced Primary Care Frisco branch. The front desk staff is welcoming, wait times are minimal, and the office is modern and clean. I love the upcoming appointment reminders. Dr. Sunkara is attentive, truly listens to concerns, and never rushes through appointments. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for top-notch care.

I had an appointment with Dr Pooja Naik at the Prosper, Tx location today. I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the facility and was greeted warmly. Check in was easy and quick.The actual appointment , a 3 month examination, was handled professionally. Dr Naik is very knowledgeable and thorough when dealing with patients. She gave me practical advice to lower my cholesterol and liver enzymes levels while reviewing my entire blood work. She took her time and made sure I understood my results.If you are looking for a new PCP, staff and facility, I highly recommend you inquire more information.I would have given 6 stars based on today’s visit.Edzel C

Very friendly outstanding experience

I booked an appointment late at night through Zocdoc and was happy to find an appointment available with Mrs. Parmar the very next day. The front desk staff were welcoming, and the clinic itself was clean, modern, and comfortable.I only waited about 5 minutes after checking in before a medical assistant came in to take my vitals and ask about my symptoms. Mrs. Parmar came in shortly after and was very personable and attentive. She listened to my concerns and was able to quickly assess and diagnose my issue.Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this clinic! I’ll definitely be coming back for annual checkups and any future health concerns.After reading some of the other reviews, I wanted to add that I only paid my copay and was not pressured to schedule any additional appointments.This was also my first time visiting a new clinic since aging out of pediatric care, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when making the transition to a new provider. Fortunately, my experience was very positive.I also understand that many people visit clinics when they are already feeling unwell or stressed, which can understandably affect how they perceive their experience. However, based on my own experience, I personally don’t feel that the number of one-star reviews accurately reflects the quality of care I received. My experience was positive from start to finish, and I wanted to share a different perspective.Sorry for this long review but I hope it is helpful as well as informative!
