Kind and Knowledgeable

I had been looking for a new primary care doctor, happened upon this office and now I’m never going to anyone else, Dr. Hawelan Baban is the best! Listens so carefully to all my concerns, and she is so understanding when it comes to health anxiety, and she goes out of her way to make sure I feel heard on all concerns, and that I understand any and all directions for treating my symptoms, she has referred me to specialists and checked back with me and made sure I was getting everything taken care of, she has helped me get out of my fears of avoiding the doctors, since I know I’ll be in great hands! The staff as well are very sweet and I never feel awkward in this office, they all genuinely seem to care for their patients and they take great care of me everytime.

I’ve never been the type of person to have a primary care physician; as an adult, I've always just relied on urgent care. In fact, I only made an appointment here by mistake! An urgent care clinic recommended I see a dermatologist, and Zocdoc had this office listed incorrectly. Honestly, I am so glad I found this place by accident. Ms. Hawelan Baban truly cared for me, providing support that went well beyond my actual appointment. When my condition worsened and I needed a different medication, she replied to my message and had it sent to the pharmacy within an hour. I was incredibly impressed. I actually left the office with the full intention of making them my primary care provider. The check-in process was also a breeze. I love that there is no front desk. It can be intimidating to walk into a waiting room full of people and have to explain why you're there. Instead, you just enter your information privately on an iPad. There was zero wait time when I arrived, and while someone from the back immediately came out to greet me and offer assistance, the digital check-in is completely foolproof (despite what other reviews claim). The office is a bit hidden and isn't in the most obvious location, so I truly hope it stays around. The care I received from Ms. Baban was absolutely top-notch.

If I could give more stars I would. This is the best healthcare providers I have visit in a very long time. The staff Diana, Leslie and Dr. Raj always listen and are very attentive and helpful. I would recommend to everyone!

Love this clinic! Ms. Baban is so sweet and takes the time to break everything down in a way I can truly understand. She genuinely shows care and compassion, which is something I really appreciate because other clinics I’ve been to usually just check you in, check-out. And Dianna deserves 7 stars! She is truly a pro at drawing blood. Usually at my doctor appointments, nurses or phlebotomists have to stick me 4–5 times because I’ve been told my veins are small. But with Dianna, it only takes one try every time, and I never leave with lumps, bruising, or those hard little blood clots under the skin. She’s amazing at what she does!

I had a very good experience with the NP for my annual physical. She was very empathetic and really listened to me and validated my experiences while also showing concerns for my health and wellbeing without judgement. Everyone in the office was very kind and gentle with me and my phobia of needles. Very refreshing to have a healthcare provider be so kind and professional.

Dr. Raju Raghunath was excellent. He listens to your questions/concerns carefully and very passionate about his work. The staff were very polite and kind, had an amazing visit! I would definitely recommend Passion Health and Dr. Raju to everyone!!

I had my first appointment with Hallie the Nurse Practitioner and I can honestly say I haven't had this much fun at a doctors office ever! She explained everything in detail, she told me the step by step plan for all my concerns. She even called me the next day to make sure I was doing better. I did indeed feel better
