Finally a GP that operates the way a GP should! I chose this practice because our old family doctor retired and it had such good reviews, but it honestly exceeded my expectations. It’s in a beautiful location. From the time I walked through the door, I was in and out for my first visit in about 25 minutes. You usually have to wait at other practices a minimum of 25 minutes from your appointment time to even be seen. They actually operate on appointment times here! When I walked in, I did my entire check-in process in 5 minutes using a kiosk that even scanned my ID and took my profile photo for me. Then, I’m not kidding when I say this—I sat down in a luxury recliner complete with cup holders. Like the kind you sit in at Moviehouse and Eatery. I was almost disappointed the wait wasn’t longer (I think I sat there for two minutes before the nurse took me back) because it was so comfortable. The nurse was friendly and efficient, and then the doctor came in less than two minutes after the nurse left the room. Unreal. I always wait at least ten minutes. Dr. Prasannalaxmi was very personable and made a great recommendation for me and even offered to update my prescription while I was out of town if needed by me sending a note to her through the portal. When I left, I scheduled my annual physical and —get this — they scheduled me for my lab work BEFORE my physical appointment with the doctor so I don’t get my results back after I’ve already met with my doctor and have to Google every single off-looking result, convincing myself I’m dying because I can’t get the doctor’s time of day to explain what it all means. I’ve always thought this is the way it should be done so your doctor can discuss the results with you during your appointment , but for some reason, almost no practices actually do it this way. This practice is a rare gem. I highly, highly recommend them.
Good location, neat clinic, helping admin, kind nurses, well organized, the PCP Dr Praveena Sankara was very good in listening to the health issues, she had patience and made the visit comfortable. She is a good doctor, we are pleased to have her as our doctor. Thank you 😊 🙏

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time the staff was very inviting and nice and made me feel comfortable and I could tell they cared about my well being I will definitely recommend this clinic to others and I plan to return in the future!

I had a great experience with Dr. Prasanna Lakshmi. They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and cared for. The office staff was also friendly and efficient, and I never felt rushed during my appointment. I really appreciate the thoroughness and compassion Dr. Prasanna Lakshmi shows every visit. Lisa did a fantastic job drawing my blood today. I am always super nervous with needles, but she was so patient, kind, and reassuring. She got my vein on the first try which is NOT easy, nor is it my typical experience when getting labs done. She made what is usually a horrible experience a quick and easy one. I will not be going anywhere else for future labs!
Pretty responsive and friendly. Dr. Baban was incredibly kind and attentive. She listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. I’ve never felt more comfortable discussing my health concerns. Highly recommend!
I had an excellent experience at this facility. I came here with a loved one, and we met with Hallie, the Nurse Practitioner. She was extremely helpful. She took her time with us, and she made me feel heard about my concerns with my loved one’s health. I would highly recommend this facility and Hallie NP.
Dr Iqbal took care of me for my school health assessment. She is very thorough and excellent physician. I truly recommend them, staff were very cordial. Thank you for nice treatment.
