Divya Parmar, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner serving patients at Passion Health Primary Care in Frisco and Anna, Texas. She provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care for children, adults, and seniors, with a strong focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, women’s health, and acute illness care.
Divya earned her Master of Science in Nursing – FNP from Texas Woman’s University, where she also contributed to research improving reproductive health outcomes in collaboration with UT Southwestern Medical Center. Her clinical background includes high-acuity cardiac care at UT Southwestern, strengthening her expertise in diagnosing and managing complex medical conditions.
Fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Spanish, Divya is committed to delivering culturally sensitive care and ensuring every patient feels heard and supported. Patients value her warm demeanor, thorough assessments, and ability to explain medical information clearly.
Outside of work, Divya enjoys spending time with her family, reading, playing guitar, spoiling her dog Pixie, café hopping, and videogaming with her husband.
