Anxiety
A real conversation by video, validated screening, and a plan that may include medication, counseling, or both.
A structured adult ADHD evaluation by video — your history, validated tools, and a careful look at what else could explain your symptoms.
Yes, by live video, for adults 18 and older in Texas. A structured adult ADHD evaluation by video — your history, validated tools, and a careful look at what else could explain your symptoms. A Texas-licensed Passion Health clinician meets you on live video (Passion Health sees every mental-health visit by video), uses validated screening tools and builds a written plan with you. The flat price is $129, or use insurance. Medicines a clinician may consider include atomoxetine, viloxazine and guanfacine ER — never controlled medicines, and a prescription is never guaranteed. If you have heart disease, or your blood pressure is high and not under control, you need an in-person visit within a few days instead, and you don't pay the online fee.

Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a brain-based condition that affects attention, organization and impulse control. Adult ADHD starts in childhood, though many people aren't diagnosed until later. It can look like missed deadlines, forgetfulness and restlessness. Anxiety, depression, sleep problems, thyroid disease and substance use can cause similar symptoms, so a careful evaluation matters.
Not near one of our clinics? Online Care is open to adults anywhere in Texas; our clinics are in Dallas–Fort Worth. If the safety questions or your clinician show you need to be examined, we tell you what kind of care you need and how soon — an emergency room, an urgent care center, or a clinician near you. If you've already paid, the full fee is refunded and you get a written summary of your visit to take with you.
Also call 911 for chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke signs, a sudden severe headache, fainting, a seizure, severe bleeding, new confusion, throat swelling, an overdose or thoughts of harming someone else — and call or text 988 for thoughts of harming yourself. If screening routes you before you pay, nothing is charged. If a clinician routes you after you've paid, the full fee is refunded.
Your answers go to the clinician ahead of the visit.
A Texas-licensed Passion Health clinician talks it through with you, using validated screening tools.

Generic prices are mail-order cash prices listed by Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company on October 15, 2026, including its $5.00 pharmacy fee and $5.25 standard shipping. A shorter course costs less.
Shown so you can plan, not to point you to a pharmacy. Any Texas pharmacy can fill your prescription, and its cash price may be higher or lower. With insurance, your plan sets your cost, and a cash purchase usually doesn't count toward your deductible. If you have Medicare or Medicaid, ask the pharmacy to use your coverage first. Prices change. Passion Health doesn't sell medicine and receives nothing from any pharmacy or drugmaker. A prescription is never guaranteed.
Shown so you know what to expect. The reviewing clinician decides what, if anything, is appropriate for you — a prescription is never guaranteed, and controlled medicines are never prescribed online.
Using insurance: we're in network with BCBS of Texas, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Humana and Healthcare Highways, and we verify eligibility for every plan before review — you see your estimated cost-share first. New patients have a short video visit, because plans pay for a visit, not a form. Same-day review applies to self-pay visits; insurance visits begin once we've verified your plan, which is the next business morning if you submit overnight or on a weekend. Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP and TRICARE are billed to the program, and the cash rate isn't offered for covered services.
Full refund if your case isn't accepted: if the clinician doesn't accept your case for online care, for any reason, the full fee is refunded to your card within 10 business days, and we help you get the care you need: a same-day visit at one of our Dallas–Fort Worth clinics or, if you're not near one, clear advice on where to be seen and a written summary of your visit. With insurance, no claim is submitted for the online review. Paying the flat price yourself? You can ask for a written Good Faith Estimate before your visit.
Labs and imaging, if needed, are billed separately, and medication is paid at your pharmacy. Passion Health doesn't sell, ship or mark up medication.
Check-in 1–2 weeks after any medication start or change, then on a schedule that fits your plan; 90 days of messaging.
Video visit included. Screening is not diagnosis; the plan comes from the clinician's full evaluation. If your clinician thinks a stimulant may be worth considering, you can book an in-person visit with a Passion Health physician at a Dallas–Fort Worth clinic, and any stimulant care then continues in the clinic, not through Online Care. If you're not near one of our clinics, you get a written summary to take to a clinician near you.
The flat cash rate is $129 for a comprehensive evaluation, or use your insurance and pay your plan's cost-share — we show you an estimate before review starts. Medication is paid at your pharmacy. If the clinician doesn't accept your case for online care, for any reason, the full fee is refunded to your card.
Because Passion Health sees every mental-health visit by live video: a live conversation is the safest way to do these visits online, and it lets the clinician use validated screening tools and build the plan with you. That is our policy, not a Texas legal requirement.
No. You're paying for a licensed clinician's evaluation and plan. Many visits end with a prescription; some end with a different plan, a test, or a referral. Controlled medicines — stimulants, benzodiazepines, opioids, testosterone, sleep aids like zolpidem — are never prescribed at an online visit.
No. Stimulants are controlled medicines and are never prescribed or refilled through Online Care. This evaluation can lead to a diagnosis, a non-stimulant medicine, counseling or a referral. If your clinician thinks a stimulant may be worth considering, you can book an in-person visit with a Passion Health physician at a Dallas–Fort Worth clinic, who decides whether one is appropriate. Any stimulant care then continues through that clinic under its controlled-substance policy, not through Online Care. If you're not near one of our clinics, you get a written summary to take to a clinician near you.
A live video visit covering your history from childhood on, validated screening such as the ASRS v1.1, how symptoms affect work and relationships, and other conditions that can look like ADHD. Screening is not diagnosis; your plan comes from the clinician's full evaluation. Upload school or prior records if you have them.
Non-stimulant medicines can help some adults with ADHD and are not controlled substances. Atomoxetine and viloxazine are FDA-approved for adults; extended-release guanfacine and bupropion are sometimes used off-label. They may take several weeks to work. Your clinician weighs your blood pressure, heart history, mood and other medicines before suggesting one.
Yes. Bupropion is an antidepressant, and antidepressants carry an FDA boxed warning: in people under 25, they can increase suicidal thoughts or behavior, especially in the first weeks or after a dose change. Atomoxetine carries a similar warning for children and teens. If you're 18 to 24 and start or change one of these, your clinician checks in within about a week. At any age, tell your clinician right away about new or worse mood changes, agitation or trouble sleeping. If you have thoughts of suicide, call or text 988, or call 911 if you're in danger.
A clinician may form a valid patient relationship by live video when the in-person standard of care is met (Tex. Occ. Code §111.005(a)(3), §111.007; 22 TAC §175.2). Seeing every mental-health visit by live video is Passion Health's policy. So is our rule that controlled medicines are never prescribed or renewed through Online Care; if one is ever considered, that decision is made only at an in-person visit with a Passion Health physician.
