Ms. Divya Parmar, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner serving patients at Passion Health Primary Care in Frisco and Anna, Texas. She provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care for children, adults, and seniors.

Her care focuses on preventive health, chronic disease management, women’s health, and acute illness care. Divya works closely with patients to help them feel heard, supported, and confident in their care plan.

Divya earned her Master of Science in Nursing – FNP from Texas Woman’s University. She also contributed to research improving reproductive health outcomes in collaboration with UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Her clinical background includes high-acuity cardiac care at UT Southwestern, which strengthened her experience in diagnosing and managing complex medical conditions.

Fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Spanish, Divya is committed to delivering culturally sensitive care and helping every patient feel respected and understood.

Outside of work, Divya enjoys spending time with her family, reading, playing guitar, spoiling her dog Pixie, café hopping, and videogaming with her husband.
