Questions

What is the GAD-7?

The Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 is a seven-question screening tool used in primary care. Each answer scores 0 to 3, for a total of 0 to 21.

Is this a diagnosis?

No. It tells you whether anxiety is likely enough to talk to a clinician. Your clinician makes the diagnosis after a conversation.

What does my score mean?

Under 5 is minimal, 5 to 9 mild, 10 to 14 moderate, and 15 or above severe. A score of 10 or higher is the usual point to book a visit.

Is this private?

Yes. Your answers stay in your browser. Nothing is saved or sent to Passion Health unless you copy the result and share it with us yourself.

What happens next?

Book a visit with your Passion Health provider and bring your result. In Manas you repeat this questionnaire every two weeks to track your progress.
