Premature ejaculation
Finishing sooner than you'd like? A clinician reviews your history privately and talks through techniques and treatment options.
A private evaluation that also looks at what ED can signal — heart risk, diabetes, and low testosterone — with ED treatment if it's appropriate.
Yes, for men 18 and older in Texas. A private evaluation that also looks at what ED can signal — heart risk, diabetes, and low testosterone — with ED treatment if it's appropriate. Review is by a Texas-licensed Passion Health clinician, 24/7 on weekdays and 7 AM–9 PM CT on weekends. The flat price is $89, or use insurance. If labs are needed, your clinician usually orders the Men's Health panel (Testosterone with SHBG, blood count, metabolic panel, cholesterol and A1c; PSA only after a shared decision with your clinician), $139, through Passion Health Blood Work, drawn at a Passion Health clinic or any CPL patient service center in Texas; with insurance, the lab bills your plan directly. Medicines a clinician may consider include sildenafil and tadalafil — never controlled medicines, and a prescription is never guaranteed. If you've had a heart attack, stroke or hospital stay for heart failure in the last 6 months, you need an in-person visit within a few days instead, and you don't pay the online fee.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is trouble getting or keeping an erection firm enough for sex. It becomes more common with age and is often linked to blood flow problems from high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol or smoking. Stress, some medicines, alcohol and low testosterone can also play a part. ED can be an early warning sign of heart disease.
Not near one of our clinics? Online Care is open to adults anywhere in Texas; our clinics are in Dallas–Fort Worth. If the safety questions or your clinician show you need to be examined, we tell you what kind of care you need and how soon — an emergency room, an urgent care center, or a clinician near you. If you've already paid, the full fee is refunded and you get a written summary of your visit to take with you.
Also call 911 for chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke signs, a sudden severe headache, fainting, a seizure, severe bleeding, new confusion, throat swelling, an overdose or thoughts of harming someone else — and call or text 988 for thoughts of harming yourself. If screening routes you before you pay, nothing is charged. If a clinician routes you after you've paid, the full fee is refunded.
About 5 minutes, with photos if they help. Emergency and safety questions come first.
A Texas-licensed Passion Health clinician reads everything and calls or videos you if they need more.
If treatment is appropriate, a prescription goes to the pharmacy you choose.
A 48-hour check-in and secure messaging. If you need to be seen, a same-day visit at our Dallas–Fort Worth clinics, or clear advice on where to go near you.

Generic prices are mail-order cash prices listed by Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company on October 15, 2026, including its $5.00 pharmacy fee and $5.25 standard shipping. A shorter course costs less.
Shown so you can plan, not to point you to a pharmacy. Any Texas pharmacy can fill your prescription, and its cash price may be higher or lower. With insurance, your plan sets your cost, and a cash purchase usually doesn't count toward your deductible. Medicare drug plans and Medicaid don't cover medicines for erectile dysfunction, so expect to pay the pharmacy's cash price. Prices change. Passion Health doesn't sell medicine and receives nothing from any pharmacy or drugmaker. A prescription is never guaranteed.
Shown so you know what to expect. The reviewing clinician decides what, if anything, is appropriate for you — a prescription is never guaranteed, and controlled medicines are never prescribed online.
Using insurance: we're in network with BCBS of Texas, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Humana and Healthcare Highways, and we verify eligibility for every plan before review — you see your estimated cost-share first. New patients have a short video visit, because plans pay for a visit, not a form. Same-day review applies to self-pay visits; insurance visits begin once we've verified your plan, which is the next business morning if you submit overnight or on a weekend. Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP and TRICARE are billed to the program, and the cash rate isn't offered for covered services.
Full refund if your case isn't accepted: if the clinician doesn't accept your case for online care, for any reason, the full fee is refunded to your card within 10 business days, and we help you get the care you need: a same-day visit at one of our Dallas–Fort Worth clinics or, if you're not near one, clear advice on where to be seen and a written summary of your visit. With insurance, no claim is submitted for the online review. Paying the flat price yourself? You can ask for a written Good Faith Estimate before your visit.
Labs your clinician orders are priced through Passion Health Blood Work if you self-pay, or billed to your plan directly by the lab (CPL) if you use insurance; imaging is billed by the imaging center and medication is paid at your pharmacy. Passion Health doesn't sell, ship or mark up medication.
A 48-hour check-in, 30 days of secure messaging, and lab follow-up when labs were ordered.
A lab order (A1c, lipids, morning testosterone) can be placed — billed separately. 90-day renewals.
Testosterone, blood sugar and cholesterol: ED is often the first sign of a heart or metabolic problem. Ordered only if your clinician decides it's needed — the visit price never includes a test you don't need.

Typical self-pay total: $89 visit + $139 labs = $228
Self-pay prices are billed by Passion Health. If you use insurance — including Medicare and Medicaid — the lab (CPL) bills your plan directly for the tests under your plan's lab benefits, and the prices above don't apply. Blood is drawn at a Passion Health clinic in North Texas or at any CPL patient service center in Texas; your clinician reviews your results and contacts you.
The flat cash rate is $89 for a standard evaluation, or use your insurance and pay your plan's cost-share — we show you an estimate before review starts. Medication is paid at your pharmacy. If the clinician doesn't accept your case for online care, for any reason, the full fee is refunded to your card.
A Texas-licensed Passion Health clinician reviews every intake and decides your plan — not software. For erectile dysfunction, Texas law lets the clinician evaluate you from a condition-specific intake plus your photos and records, and they'll call or video you whenever something needs a conversation. New patients using insurance have a short video visit, because plans pay for a visit, not a form.
No. You're paying for a licensed clinician's evaluation and plan. Many visits end with a prescription; some end with a different plan, a test, or a referral. Controlled medicines — stimulants, benzodiazepines, opioids, testosterone, sleep aids like zolpidem — are never prescribed at an online visit.
If your clinician orders labs, they're priced through Passion Health Blood Work: for erectile dysfunction that's usually the Men's Health panel (Testosterone with SHBG, blood count, metabolic panel, cholesterol and A1c; PSA only after a shared decision with your clinician), $139, through Passion Health Blood Work (self-pay prices, billed by Passion Health). If you use insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid, the lab (CPL) bills your plan directly and those prices don't apply. You can have blood drawn at a Passion Health clinic in Dallas–Fort Worth or walk into any CPL patient service center in Texas with a photo ID; your clinician reviews your results and contacts you.
Sex is physical activity, and ED medicines can lower blood pressure. They can be dangerous with nitrate medicines and some other drugs. ED can also be an early sign of narrowed arteries, so your clinician checks your heart and diabetes risk and may suggest labs to look for a cause. Never use poppers or a nitrate within 24 hours of taking sildenafil, or within 48 hours of taking tadalafil. If you get chest pain after taking an ED medicine, call 911 and tell them which medicine you took and when.
Possibly. Alpha-blockers such as tamsulosin or doxazosin, taken with ED medicine, can drop your blood pressure and make you dizzy or faint. The clinician will call you to review your doses and timing before deciding on treatment, so keep your phone nearby after you submit your intake.
Go to the nearest emergency room right away. An erection lasting 4 hours or more, called priapism, is a medical emergency that can cause permanent damage if it isn't treated quickly. It is rare with ED medicines, but tell the ER team which medicine and dose you took.
We can check it. Testosterone is measured with a blood draw before 10 AM, and a low result is repeated on a second morning before any diagnosis is made. Testosterone treatment is a controlled medicine, so it's never prescribed online — if you might need it, we'll arrange an in-person visit at a Passion Health clinic, or tell you where to be seen near you.
Only if you choose it. A PSA test for prostate cancer is added only if you and your clinician decide to screen after talking through the pros and cons — see our prostate cancer screening page. It isn't a routine part of an ED visit.
It's possible. If you use insurance, your plan may send a statement to the policyholder — for example a parent or spouse — listing the visit, lab tests or medicine. To keep this off your plan, choose the cash price, pay for lab tests and medicine yourself, and ask the pharmacy not to bill your insurance. You can also ask us not to share care you've paid for in full with your plan, and ask your plan to send its mail to a different address. Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP and TRICARE work differently, so ask us before your visit if this matters to you.
No. Medicare drug plans and Medicaid don't cover medicines used for erectile dysfunction, so expect to pay the pharmacy's cash price. The example prices on this page show what that can look like.
In Texas, yes, after an online evaluation by a Texas-licensed Passion Health physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant. ED medicines lower blood pressure and must never be taken with nitrates or riociguat, so the clinician reviews your history first and may order labs. If treatment is appropriate it's sent to your pharmacy; a prescription is never guaranteed.
Only from a licensed pharmacy with a prescription from a licensed clinician. Pills sold without a prescription are often counterfeit and can be dangerous with nitrates or heart conditions. Passion Health doesn't sell medicine; your prescription goes to the pharmacy you choose.
A clinician may form a valid patient relationship online using store-and-forward technology — your condition-specific intake, photos and records — paired with a call or video when needed, as long as the in-person standard of care is met (Tex. Occ. Code §111.005(a)(3), §111.007). Your clinician gives you guidance on follow-up care and, with your consent, sends new patients' visit notes to their primary care physician within 72 hours (§111.005(b)).
